Thunder River Spring has been ranked as one of the top ten backpacking destinations in North America by Backpacker Magazine.  This scenic spring is a true desert oasis and provides some of the best waterfalls on the planet.  Thunder River Spring emerges from the desert cliffs as a spectacular set of waterfalls that cascade 1/2 mile down a steep side canyon to Tapeats Creek. We camp and hike along Tapeets creek all the way to the Colorado River. There is crashing water everywhere to help you cool down from the hot sun. We will hike along the Colorado River and Visit Deer Creek along with the Deer Creek waterfall. These are some of the most spectacular views in the canyon. Our guides will take you into secret areas and private places to make sure your adventure is just as you dreamed. We will visit the terrace, hike into the narrows, and search for more adventure in this ancient Indian area. We like to have 6 days total, but if you're in GREAT shape, we can do this trip in 5. We put this hike against anything on the planet and ensure ruined future vacations with these views.
